What’s the difference between will and desire force?

2. - Will is positive, and desire is negative.

3. - Many confuse Will with desire, and desire with Will.

4. - However, Will and desire are the two poles, positive and negative, of man.

We need to make a clear difference between the force of desire and the true longing of the soul, the will or determination directed toward the conquest of the Being. One is the impulse or force of the I's that work in an unprecedented way with the sole purpose of feeding themselves.

Greed, for example, makes us create non-existent needs, accumulating goods or things that we never use and sometimes even using the excuse of the well-being of our children, which contrary to what we express, we often forget; wasting enormous amounts of spiritual strength on things that lead nowhere real.
