The archaeological zone of Yaxchilán is an extraordinary place built by the mayas, in which they{ve left a huge esoteric gnostic knowledge in many Steles.
It's current name is Yaxchilán and it could be translated as: "Green Stones", evn though, as in the most of these sacred places, it's original name is unknown.
The Mayas tried to show the secret path in everyone of their piramids, sacred monomites, codex, etc. It is very important to see in every one of the Yaxchilán's steles warriors the warrior who is fighting against his psychological defects in the everyday's field and every priest is that who really knows how to live in his home making it a sacred priesthood with his righteous conduct.
As every authentic place of mysteries it is buit near the symbolic waters, symbol of the pure water of life of the human being, inviting us with this to its wise canalization; in this case, this marvellous city is built near the Usumacinta River.
