All of these elements are a representation of the multiple qualities, prodigy faculties and praiseworthy virtues that the Aztec initiates developed with the basis of self-sacrifice of their own desires and passions; that’s why, when dead, these pieces were placed in their tombs in order to show that the development of the Soul continues after life.
